A Traveller, A Rider, An Explorer

That was my second visit to the Bhangarh city in state of Rajasthan. We arranged all stuff on 15th September (1 day prior to commencement of trip) since our plan was to do camping hence arranging raw food, tents, mats and other camping stuff in single day for 8 persons was quite challenging task for me. We were all set with all stuff by 11pm of 15th September. Then according to schedule we assemble at Dhaula Kuan metro station at 6am of next day (16th September). Post flag off we took our first halt at ChilaxNrelax 'The Riders Den' cafe in Rewari. Our host and our rider buddy Sarbjeet bro treated us there with mouth watering paranthas and sandwiches. Thailand - The land full of surprises. That was my first International trip by air since i had just crossed my feets till Nepal beyond my motherland prior to this trip but that too by land transport. On August 19th of 2017 we were all set to depart from New Delhi IGI airport and i was damn excited since that was my first international flight and that too with international carrier (Thai Air).  I was enthusiastic while i reached airport. I met my friend over there and then we proceed towards Thai Air kiosk for check in formalities. All of sudden my excitement turned into nervousness while i approach Thai Air representative for my boarding pass. He said that i have to meet customs officer since customs department has suspected my name along with 2 other passengers among 236 scheduled passengers in entire flight. I was like "Do i seriously looks like a criminal". Then customs officer ask me lot of questions, Scanned my baggage again then he finally gave me clearance after 30 mi

Leh’d – Pilgrimage of riders. I am riding since 2012 and riding in terrains of Ladakh was my dream since long time and finally 2016 gave me escape from my work and other responsibilities. Some experienced riders and my other friends warned me to not to go with my 2009 make FZ but my dream was to accomplish this ride with my own baby so 2nd preference was not an option for me. Obviously this was my best ride I ever had. Even though we had to face some minor breakdowns, sanitation problems but that was part of adventure and obviously we were mentally prepared for that. My attitude towards riding has changed after that ride and world, distances seems smaller.  We started our ride on 29th may’16 from Delhi and our target was to reach Jammu which we managed to cover in 13 hours along with 22 Riders and 1 Car.
