  Is Kanyakumari a place for you?   Is Kanyakumari the place for you? It may or may not be. This southern tip destination has been in my bucket list for quite some time.  I don’t know why I waited so long to visit this place. We started our road trip to Kanyakumari from Thiruvananthapuram city at noon, as our goal was to see the sunset from the most southern point of the country. The four-hour bike ride through lavish green trees and the coastal belt made our day. The journey itself was rejuvenating as much as the destination. The Perfect Sunset After reaching Kanyakumari we quickly parked our bikes and started running towards the view tower to see the sunset. Tip – You should reach the view tower one hour before to ensure that you are able to grab the perfect spot to view the sunset.   Food Walk Considering the location you will get plenty of delicious South Indian food options, varying from junk food available with street vendors to lavish 5 course South Indian meals.
